Pam Swartz, an accomplished sales and marketing executive in the DC-Metro, has joined the entrepreneurial-minded and results driven Prime Building Advantage. Taking the lead on the Old Town Alexandria, VA project, Majesty West (owned by City Collection at M/I Homes); Swartz will oversee all sales and marketing efforts.
A proven track record with previous positions including D.R. Horton for five years, managing a sales and marketing team of 28, Pam’s strong analytical and solutions-driven energy is sure to blend well with the strategy Prime Building Advantage has planned for their five-year business plan. “Pam’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made her a key addition to our company.
