Without marketing we would not have prospects or leads to follow up with on your behalf, but yet without sales and strategy – we’re unable to close the sale and proceed to signed contracts and agreements. Seems simple, right? But not everyone works together. We do.

Marketing and sales work simultaneously, both are necessities to the success of our business and the project that we are representing. Our marketing consists of smart plans; where we can measure reach and work to persuade prospects that your property is the one for them. It’s the message that prepares the prospect for the sale.

The sales process consists of interpersonal interaction. It is often done by a one-on-one meeting and networking. It’s anything that engages us with the prospect or customer on a personal level rather than at a distance. And, the majority of the time the prospect has been driven to us (you), via marketing efforts.
