Prime Building Advantage is excited to announce the expansion of its sales team as momentum continues into 2016. Rachel Proctor will join Prime Building Advantage as a Sales Specialist.
Proctor brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate sales to the Prime Buidling Advantage team. In her past role as sales manager with Evergreene Homes, she repeatedly earned plaudits for her exceptional customer service while also creating an ideal work environment for her team to succeed. Before that she found success with NVR/Ryan Homes in a sales and marketing role, consistently exceeding sales goals.

Prime Building Advantage continues to see extraordinary growth in the first quarter of 2016, necessitating the hiring of talented staff. Proctor previously has sold homes in Anne Arundel County, Berlin, Salisbury, Fruitland, Ridgley, Delmar, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. She will now focus on sales and marketing for the Glenriddle community on the Eastern Shore.
