The explosive growth at Prime Building Advantage is leading to a continuous recruitment of top real estate talent in the Mid Atlantic states. The company is excited to announce Jessica McDonald as the latest addition to the expanding team.
McDonald brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and finance to PBA. She has found success in event planning, most recently for the elite, private McDonogh School outside of Baltimore. She previously worked at Johns Hopkins University Hospital overseeing a multi-million dollar division budget.
“A variety of background and talent is critical when bringing in team members,” said Prime Building Advantage co-owner Charlie Hatter. “Jessica brings all the right experience and she will fit in perfectly with customers and colleagues.”
McDonald joins Prime Building Advantage at the Four Seasons Private Residences Baltimore and will assist Hatter in the daily operations of the sales team.
