Kathy Cassidy, a respected name in the homebuilding industry, has joined the Prime Building Advantage sales team. Her knowledge of new-home sales in the DC Metro area is already proving a perfect fit for the entrepreneurial-minded Prime Building Advantage. Cassidy will oversee sales and marketing efforts at the Summit Hall property.
Cassidy brings with her to the Prime Building Advantage team extensive management and sales experience. She recently served as vice president of Pulte Homes, where she managed teams that consistently exceeded goals and surpassed expectations. In her previous general sales role at Pulte/Del Webb, she opened the first Del Webb community in Northern Virginia and guided her sales team to multiple awards. “It’s an absolute dream to join Prime Building Advantage,” Cassidy said. “When you witness the revolutionary way they approach problems with creative solutions, it makes you want to be a part of that team.
